1. Intellectual property

All content published on the portal, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of GDS AGENCY or its partners.

• Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or sale of content without prior written consent of the owner is strictly prohibited.
• Any misuse of intellectual property will be subject to legal protection and sanctioned in accordance with applicable copyright and related rights regulations.

2. Data security and encryption

The privacy and security of your data are our priority. For maximum protection:

• All data collected through the portal is protected by an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate, which ensures secure communication encryption.
• Data is stored in encrypted form on high-security servers located in a TIER 3 Data Center, which meets the highest global standards for availability and physical-technical protection.

3. User obligations

As a registered portal user, you assume full responsibility for your access data:

• The user is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the password assigned by GDS AGENCY.
• Sharing the password and access parameters with third parties is strictly prohibited.
• In case of suspected password compromise, the user is obliged to immediately notify the portal administrator.

4. Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute arising from the use of this portal, the contracting parties shall endeavor to resolve it peacefully. If an agreement is not possible, the court at the headquarters of GDS AGENCY shall have jurisdiction, applying the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
